SWAAF Baby Dedication, Sabbath 1 March 2008

On March 1st, SWAAF hosted a large number of visitors from different nationalities who had come to witness the dedication of Emmanuel and Emmanuella to the Lord. Among the august visitors was the president of the Ghana Union in Wales, Frankie Asare Donkoh.
Welcoming the visitors, Pastor George Asiamah charged both parents and Godparents to a dedication vow and urged them to be circumspect in bringing up the children in the way of the Lord.
Children occupy an important place in the church; they are the future leadership of the church and must therefore be brought up in a manner that will prepare them for training, education and the noble office.
Through Emmanuella's parents Swaaf has started a small group meeting which brings together a number of Ghanaians to study the Bible every week.
